I'm Ann, founder of Work Safe and Well and I help people who are sick of feeling overwhelmed and stressed about their work and are seeking better ways to cope.

Now, more than ever, we need to be thinking about our mental health and how to support each other in these most challenging times.

 I share the strategies and practical tools that you can apply in your daily life that have helped me break free from over 20 years stuck in the burnout cycle.

When I reached rock bottom, I was so ill I was unable to work or care for my young family. I couldn’t even take the kids to school I was so depressed. It has taken me many years to break the burnout cycle, using a combination of therapy, LOTS of self-help books and training, and some deep personal work, all of which have transformed my life into one of greater joy and ease.

I want to save your precious time and energy by sharing some of the most effective tools I have learned to build your own resilience toolkit so you can beat burnout for good.
